Cady Business Technologies is looking for a full-time, energetic B-to-B Software as a Service (SaaS) Sales Specialist with a proven track record of success in uncovering opportunities and generating new business. This role will involve following a consistent sales process, prioritizing opportunities, qualifying potential new clients, understanding and listening to client needs, building relationships, presenting solutions and closing the business.
This position will contribute to business growth by driving revenue through proactively targeting and building strategic relationships with new clients, primarly focused on our hosted solutions. We are seeking a candidate who wants to be part of a rapidly growing and fast moving team of professionals!
The ideal candidate should possess experience in:
· Sales Planning
· Sales Process (Prioritizing, Networking, Research, Discovery, Quoting, Presenting)
· Product Knowledge (Understanding and ability to learn technical products and services)
· Software as a Service (SAAS) sales experience
· Relationship Building (Listening, educating and recommending best solutions per customer requirements)
· Data Capture, Forecasting, Pipeline (Tracking prospects and sales)
· Follow Through (Office proficiency, following company policy and procedures)

Candidate should possess professional written and verbal skills at all times and have a proven ability to manage client relationships driving customer satisfaction, engagement and profitability. Candidate should have a high comfort level with technology.
· Prefer at least 2-5 years sales experience
· Demonstrated success meeting sales goals and growing sales
· Experiences in the telecom industry a plus
· Knowledge of general networking helpful
· PC proficiency and CRM knowledge
